The main purpose for this site is to bring together research from different resources and share methods that have helped me to lose over 70 lbs. I don’t know how many times I get asked “How did you do it?”, and that question could take hours to answer…so here it is, hopefully in a user friendly layout for you to consume.

I’m currently working on my ACE Fitness Certification but it’s important to note that currently I’m not certified and I’m not a nutritionist so keep that in mind as you read my blog.  As with any weight loss program, you should always consult your physician before pursuing any weight loss techniques.

Dedicated in Loving Memory to Kathy Walker

I’d like to dedicate this blog in loving memory to Kathy Walker (1976-2007). She was a strong influence in my life as well as an influence to many others. She was the sole reason for me wanting to pursue my fitness trainer certification and create this site to help others.
