Protein Consumption

I read an interesting article concerning protein consumption.  We all know that Protein consumption is very important for building and repairing the muscles but I’ve always measured 1 gram/my body mass weight but this article seems to suggest otherwise.  Also it demystifies the myth of carbohydrate intake being wrong for those spending time in the gym.  Just read the article 🙂
